Life was full, but something deeper felt thin. Work was busy. Schedules were packed. Days started blurring together.
In 2017 our home flooded, launching a full renovation with two small kids and one on the way. In the middle of that chaos came news we never expected: Jordan was diagnosed with a pancreatic tumor.
That season stripped away every illusion of control. We realized we were reacting to life instead of actively building the culture our children would inherit.
